Before Sales Service
Installation instruction: Technician can be arranged to the site for engineering inspection and guidance.
Training: Before product delivery, provide a technical training to guide the customer's staff to operate the relevant equipment correctly.
After Sales Service
Maintenance: 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to provide maintenance services.The response time of maintainer receiving the repair call shall not exceed 2 hours. According to the distance between stores, the maximum time for maintainer to arrive at the scene after receiving the repair call shall not exceed 6 hours.
Preventive maintenance and inspection: During the warranty period, at least three times a year to check, maintain, and submit each corresponding return visit form, which is signed by both parties for confirmation, and a file is established for reference.
Preventive maintenance and inspection troubleshooting: If a failure is found in the return visit form, the maintainer will take repairs with the consent of the customer, and the cause of the failure and repair work are recorded in the return visit form.
Spare Parts of Maintenance: Provide reserved inventory of repair spare parts to reduce customer waiting time.
Warranty commitment: All maintenance services during the warranty period are provided free of charge (including labor and material costs).
